Dave Copeland is the Chief Operations Officer of American Recovery Service and Skipbusters (ARS). ARS is the original full-service nationwide repossession servicing company. As C.O.O, Mr. Copeland is responsible for overseeing the strategic operating activities of the growing organization. He is dedicated to assessing industry trends, driving strategic growth, and implementing innovative use of technology while delivering and expanding service offerings. Prior to his current role, Mr. Copeland served as Chief Compliance Officer for ARS where he drew from his previous law enforcement experience to pioneer, develop and shape the future of the company’s industry-leading compliance platform. Mr. Copeland went on to formalize the company’s Human Resources Department and Professional Standards Division as he continued his endeavors to ensure that ARS leads the industry by example.Mr. Copeland continues to serve his northern California community as President of the local Boys and Girls Club.
