Anil oversees an industry experienced team of editors and data scientists.  He is responsible for the editorial and analytic operations at Black Book for all market segments including Canadian market values.  He has a deep background in strategy and has held a number of senior positions in the banking industry in several areas including risk management, marketing and finance. Prior to joining Black Book as a full-time employee, he worked with Black Book as a consultant for several years.
Anil publishes a weekly report “Black Book Market Insights” that highlights analysis and commentary on used vehicle market trends. This report is distributed to over 15 thousand subscribers as well as cited by various media outlets. He often speaks to several industry publications regarding trends and analysis in the automotive industry.
Anil has a Ph.D. in Decision Sciences and an M.S. in Operations Research from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, in addition to a Bachelor’s Degree from Indian Institute of Technology. He resides in Atlanta area with his wife and two children.
