Luke is a senior manager at McKinsey where he specializes in developing research around the future of automotive retail and emerging trends that will impact the automotive industry. He mainly serves clients in the automotive industry in developing a perspective on their future customer journey and understanding what the organizational and capability implication will be. Prior to McKinsey Luke has worked at General Motors in engine controls development and started a mobile technology company while attending business school at U.Va. Luke graduated from Northwestern University with a double major in Mechanical Engineering and Economics.
