Mike Thomas is the Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President of Operations – Nashville. Mike’s experience at Primeritus includes implementing process management in operations, leading process automation efforts, implementing Business Intelligence systems, and upgrading IT Systems, including servers, networks, integrations, telephony, and applications. Prior to joining Primeritus, Mike integrated cloud, private cloud, and on premise networks including virtual data centers, WAN optimization, telephony and private WAN technologies for Generation Mortgage and other companies. Using the ISO27000 framework, he instituted security programs along with SSAE16 SOC2 controls. Mike is a graduate of Georgia State University.
